A leading political party is hiring a full-time, on-site Digital Media Team Manager for its in-house Digital Media, Research & Creative Team in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. Lead the day-to-day output of designers, video editors, writers and social media staff, ensuring the right content is delivered on time and to the required standard.

What You'll Do
• Run daily planning, assignments and reviews for designers, editors, writers and social media staff.
• Prioritise urgent assignments and manage overlapping deadlines.
• Set and enforce quality, accuracy and turnaround standards.
• Coordinate approvals with senior stakeholders.
• Track work using a project-management tool and report output and results.
• Hire, onboard and coach team members. What We're Looking For
• Experience managing a creative, content or digital media team.
• Proven ability to deliver under high pressure and fixed deadlines.
• Working knowledge of design, video and social media workflows.
• Familiarity with tools such as Asana, Trello, ClickUp, Notion,



Jira or Google Workspace.
• Clear, calm communication with creative teams and senior stakeholders. Nice to Have
• Agency, newsroom or campaign experience.
• Gujarati and Hindi language skills.

Experience:
Typically 4+ years, including people management.
