Role Description The Sales Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Kozhikode, responsible for leading sales activities and achieving revenue targets. Day-to-day tasks include managing a sales team, setting goals, monitoring performance, and providing coaching and support. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with key clients, and conducting regular meetings and presentations to promote company offerings. The Sales Manager will analyze market trends, prepare sales forecasts,



and collaborate with leadership to develop pricing strategies and sales plans. This position also requires maintaining accurate sales reports, ensuring adherence to company policies, and coordinating with marketing, operations, and customer support to deliver a consistent customer experience. Qualifications
• Demonstrated experience in sales management, including setting targets, tracking performance, and leading teams.
• Strong skills in negotiation, relationship building, and customer account management.
• Ability to analyze market data, prepare sales forecasts, and develop strategic sales plans.
• Proficiency in using CRM tools and standard office software for reporting and communication.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to work in office in a fast-paced environment and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Prior experience in a similar role in Kozhikode or the surrounding region is an advantage.
