Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Ahmedabad Area for a Sales and Marketing Executive. The role involves planning and executing sales and marketing activities to promote Beautonix Cosmeceutical’s product range and manufacturing services. Responsibilities include identifying potential clients, building and maintaining relationships with brands and distributors, conducting market research, and preparing sales presentations and proposals. The Sales and Marketing Executive will coordinate marketing campaigns,



support product launches, gather customer feedback, and collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies with product development. Daily tasks also include achieving sales targets, tracking performance metrics, and providing regular reports to management. Qualifications
• Strong sales skills with experience in client acquisition, relationship management, and achieving sales targets.
• Marketing skills, including campaign planning, brand promotion, and product positioning in cosmetic or FMCG sectors.
• Market planning and market research skills to analyze trends, identify opportunities, and support strategic decisions.
• Effective communication skills for presentations, negotiations, and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; a background in cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, or FMCG is an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site in the Greater Ahmedabad Area, with readiness for client visits and field activities as needed.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools; comfort with reporting and data-driven decision-making.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple projects and timelines in a fast-paced environment.
