Responsibilities:
• Strong understanding of Life, Health, and General Insurance.
• Experience in Policy Administration, Underwriting, Claims Processing, and Renewals.
• Expertise in requirement gathering, BRD, FRD, SRS, and User Stories.
• Experience in stakeholder management and client interactions.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and UAT.




• Understanding of KYC, AML, and insurance regulatory processes.
• Exposure to InsurTech, digital insurance platforms, and process automation is an advantage. ?
