Experience:
4-6 Years JOB PURPOSE: To manage and optimize the complete customer order acceptance and administrative process to ensure accurate execution, proactive issue resolution and consistently high service levels that meet and exceed customer expectations

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Process and maintain booking information in the operating system accurately and in a timely manner to ensure up‑to‑date, correct and high‑quality order data throughout the day.
• Ensure all load requirements, documentation standards and company compliance procedures are correctly met to safeguard safe and lawful operations.
• Build and maintain constructive,



professional relationships with assigned customers to strengthen rapport, support service satisfaction and reinforce long term customer engagement.
• Proactively identify and resolve operational issues or service deviations (e.g. delays, service level failures) to protect customer satisfaction and avoid escalation.
• Provide Planners and other internal stakeholders with accurate order information, priorities and customer requirements to support optimal planning and operational execution.
• Record and apply customer rate, fuel and invoice agreements correctly and resolve invoice or incident-related queries in a timely manner to minimize credit notes and revenue delays.
• Advise customers on delivery and collection progress, service changes, delays and additional costs to ensure transparency and alignment with agreed service levels.
• Produce required consignment statistics and KPIs to support operational monitoring and departmental performance analysis.
• Work closely with Rail and Coastal operations, Sales, and other Multimodal Solutions and Shipping Solutions offices to support customer needs and contribute to robust internal cooperation.
