• The role
• We are looking for an experienced testing-lab professional to own Prayoga's testing and analysis services, from the first client conversation to the signed test report. • Build repeat business and identify new testing services, sectors and partnerships.
• Laboratory operations
• Plan and run day-to-day lab work: sample receipt, registration, chain of custody, scheduling, testing and reporting.
• Own turnaround time, throughput and data integrity across all tests.
• Review and approve test reports; act as an authorised signatory once approved.
• Manage instruments end to end: qualification (IQ/OQ/PQ), calibration, preventive maintenance, AMCs and vendor service.

scope extension, surveillance and reassessment; prepare for and host assessments and close non-conformities.
• Develop, validate and verify test methods to national and international standards (BIS, ISO, ASTM, AOAC, USP/IP, EPA, FSSAI as relevant).
• Estimate measurement uncertainty and maintain metrological traceability.
• Plan proficiency testing and inter-laboratory comparisons, and act on the results.
• Run internal audits, management reviews, CAPA, document control and records management. Team
• Lead, recruit, train and assess technicians and analysts; maintain competence and authorisation records.
