Experience:
8-12 Configure and implement SAP Organizational Management (OM) to support workforce structures, reporting hierarchies, and job management processes. Manage Personnel Administration (PA) processes including employee lifecycle management, hiring, transfers, promotions, and separations. Configure and support Time Management (TM) processes such as shift planning, attendance tracking, overtime calculation, leave management, and scheduling. Implement and optimize Payroll (PY) processes including wage types, deductions, statutory compliance, payroll execution, and payroll posting to Finance. Design and configure employee incentive, bonus, and compensation programs. Implement Employee Self-Service (ESS) and Manager Self-Service (MSS) solutions to improve employee experience and HR efficiency. Integrate SAP HCM with SAP FI/CO for payroll accounting, financial reporting, and cost management. Work closely with SAP Project Systems (PS) and Plant Maintenance (PM) teams to track labor costs and workforce utilization. Support integration between SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors for recruitment, talent management, and employee development processes. Collaborate with SAP EHS teams to ensure workforce safety and regulatory compliance requirements are met. Integrate Time Management solutions with biometric, RFID,



and access control systems. Optimize payroll processing and automate statutory and regulatory reporting requirements. Develop workforce analytics and HR reporting solutions to improve decision-making and resource planning. Utilize SAP Fiori applications to enable real-time HR transactions, approvals, attendance management, and analytics. Improve workforce scheduling, shift management, and overtime planning processes. Automate HR workflows, including leave requests, approvals, and employee service requests. Conduct end-user training sessions and business process workshops. Prepare user guides, SOPs, training materials, and knowledge transfer documentation. Support organizational change management and adoption of current HR processes and technologies. Provide L1, L2, and L3 support for SAP HCM-related incidents and service requests. Troubleshoot issues related to OM, PA, TM, Payroll, integrations, and reporting. Implement SAP OSS Notes, enhancements, and system improvements. Support upgrades, patching activities, system performance tuning, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Advise stakeholders on SAP HCM best practices, compliance requirements, and process optimization opportunities.
