Role Description The Social Media Coordinator Intern will support Laneway’s media and marketing initiatives by assisting in planning, creating, and publishing content across social media platforms. This internship role is hybrid, based in the Greater Bengaluru Area, with flexibility for some work-from-home days. Day-to-day responsibilities include drafting posts, creating basic visual or multimedia content, scheduling content, monitoring engagement, and supporting campaign execution.



The intern will help track performance metrics, research trends and competitor activities, and collaborate with consulting and technology teams to align social media messaging with broader business goals. This role is designed to provide hands-on experience in social media coordination within a dynamic, growth-focused consulting environment. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Content Creation and Social Media Marketing to support platform management and audience engagement.
• Candidates should possess robust Communication and Writing skills to craft clear, compelling, and brand-aligned messages.
• Candidates should possess foundational Digital Marketing skills to understand campaigns, analytics, and performance optimization.
• Candidates should demonstrate familiarity with major social platforms (e.g., Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter), basic design or video tools, and content scheduling tools.
• Candidates should be detail-oriented, able to manage multiple tasks, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Candidates currently pursuing or having recently completed studies in Marketing, Communications, Business, Media, or a related field are preferred.
