• Robust hands-on experience in Rust

• Ability to understand and navigate complex codebases
• Experience running, modifying, debugging, and testing applications locally

• Open-source contribution experience




• LLM/AI evaluation projects
• Experience with developer tools, CI/CD, or automation frameworks

Key Responsibilities
• Analyze and triage GitHub issues in open-source projects
• Configure repositories and development environments
• Evaluate code quality and unit test coverage
• Execute, modify, and test Rust codebases
• Assess LLM-generated bug fixes and code changes
• Collaborate with researchers on challenging AI evaluation tasks Availability Requirement
• Minimum 40 hours per week
• At least 4 hours overlap with PST timezone
• Immediate joining preferred Eligibility
