Job Summary We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Franchise Manager to develop, establish, and manage the organization's franchise network. The candidate should have hands-on experience in creating franchise business models, setting up recent franchises, managing franchise operations, and ensuring smooth and profitable business operations.

Key Responsibilities
• Franchise Model Development: Develop and implement franchise business models, strategies, and operational frameworks.
• Franchise Expansion: Identify potential markets, evaluate opportunities, and develop plans for franchise expansion.
• Franchise Setup: Manage the complete process of establishing new franchises, from planning and documentation to launch.
• Franchise Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of existing franchises and ensure smooth functioning.
• Business Management: Manage organizational operations, improve business efficiency, and ensure achievement of business targets.
• Franchise Partner Management:



Build and maintain strong relationships with franchise partners and provide operational support.
• Standardization: Develop and implement SOPs, policies, and operational guidelines across all franchise units.
• Performance Monitoring: Monitor franchise performance, revenue, profitability, and operational efficiency.
• Training & Support: Provide guidance and training to franchise teams to maintain service and operational standards.
• Business Development: Identify opportunities for growth, improve business performance, and strengthen the franchise network. Preferred Candidate Profile
• Candidates with proven experience in developing franchise models from the initial stage.
• Experience in launching and managing multiple franchise locations.
• Ability to independently handle franchise development and operational responsibilities.
• Candidates with experience in healthcare, retail, hospitality, or service-based industries will be preferred.
