Role Description This is a full time, on-site Room Service Waiter role based in Rajkot. The Room Service Waiter is responsible for taking and delivering in-room food and beverage orders promptly and accurately, ensuring a high standard of presentation and service. Daily tasks include setting up trays, checking orders for completeness, serving guests in their rooms, clearing used dishes, and maintaining cleanliness in service areas. The role involves coordinating with the kitchen and restaurant staff,



handling guest requests professionally, and addressing any service issues courteously. The Room Service Waiter is expected to follow hygiene and safety standards, support overall guest satisfaction, and contribute to the resort’s welcoming atmosphere. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Customer Service and Communication skills to interact professionally with guests and team members.
• Candidates should possess skills in Food & Beverage and Food Service to handle orders, serving, and presentation effectively.
• Candidates should possess basic Cooking knowledge to understand menu items and support kitchen coordination when needed.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays, and remain calm during busy periods.
• Attention to detail, reliability, and a positive, guest-focused attitude.
• Previous experience in hospitality or room service is preferred but not mandatory; training may be provided.
• Basic proficiency in local language and English to communicate with guests and colleagues.
