Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Relationship Manager role based in Tiruchirappalli. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of customers, including sourcing new business opportunities in both real estate and non-real estate segments. Daily responsibilities include building long-term client relationships, understanding customer financial needs, recommending suitable products, and ensuring smooth end-to-end loan processing and documentation. The role involves regular customer meetings, follow-ups on applications and repayments, coordination with internal teams for credit, operations, and legal, and maintaining accurate records in line with company processes. The Relationship Manager will also address customer queries, provide post-disbursement support, and uphold regulatory and company compliance standards in all interactions. Qualifications
