Role Overview The Technical Lead is responsible for the overall technical design, architecture, integration, quality, and delivery of a cloud-native digital supply chain platform on AWS supporting Oil & Gas operations. The role provides technical leadership to development teams, ensures alignment with enterprise architecture standards, and drives solution scalability, security, reliability, and maintainability. A key aspect of the role is bridging the digital platform with enterprise ERP landscapes, particularly SAP, ensuring seamless integration between supply chain business processes and digital solutions. The Technical Lead will work closely with Product Managers, Solution Architects, SAP teams, business stakeholders, and engineering teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet business and operational requirements. Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline.
• Master's degree preferred.
• AWS Certifications (Solutions Architect, Developer, DevOps Engineer, or equivalent) preferred.
• SAP integration or ERP-related certifications are advantageous.
• Agile/Scrum certifications preferred. Responsibilities
• Provide technical leadership for the design, development, deployment, and support of the digital supply chain platform.
• Define and govern application architecture, technical standards, and development best practices.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Lead architecture reviews, design discussions,



and technical decision-making.
• Design and implement cloud-native solutions leveraging AWS services and modern engineering practices.
• Ensure platform scalability, performance, resiliency, security, and cost optimization.
• Drive API-first, microservices-based, and event-driven architecture patterns.
• Lead integration architecture between digital platforms and enterprise systems, including SAP and other ERP solutions.
• Review and approve technical designs, code quality, and deployment approaches.
• Mentor and guide engineering teams on architecture, coding standards, and delivery practices.
• Collaborate with DevOps teams to establish and improve CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.
• Support incident management, root cause analysis, and production issue resolution.
• Ensure technical documentation is maintained and aligned with enterprise standards.
• Work closely with cybersecurity and infrastructure teams to ensure compliance with security policies.
• Support vendor evaluations and technical assessments where applicable. Mandatory Skills
• Strong expertise in cloud-native application architecture and software engineering.




• Hands-on experience with AWS services and cloud solution design.
• Strong experience in microservices, APIs, containerization, and distributed systems.
• Experience integrating cloud applications with SAP ERP and enterprise systems.
• Robust knowledge of supply chain business processes and enterprise application landscapes.
• Expertise in solution design, architecture governance, and technical leadership.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile delivery.
• Experience with CI/CD, DevOps, and Infrastructure-as-Code practices.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Ability to lead multiple technical teams and manage technical risks.
