The Area Manager is responsible for achieving sales and business targets within the assigned territory by managing and supporting a network of branches, partners, and sales teams. Daily activities include planning and executing sales strategies, monitoring performance metrics, and driving customer acquisition and retention through effective relationship management. The role involves coaching, mentoring, and motivating team members, ensuring adherence to company processes, compliance standards, and service quality benchmarks.



The Area Manager also collaborates with cross-functional teams to implement local marketing initiatives, analyze market trends, and identify opportunities for growth in both rural and urban segments. Qualifications
• Proven experience in sales and business development, preferably in life insurance or financial services, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Strong team leadership and people management skills, including the ability to coach, motivate, and develop sales teams across multiple locations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities to engage customers, partners, and internal stakeholders effectively.
• Solid understanding of territory management, market analysis, and planning, with the ability to identify growth opportunities in rural and urban markets.
• Familiarity with digital tools and technology platforms for sales tracking, reporting, and customer service, with openness to adopting new innovations.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and a focus on operational efficiency and compliance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field; a master’s degree or relevant certifications in insurance or financial services is an advantage.
• Comfort working in an on-site, field-oriented role in Jaipur, including regular travel within the assigned area as required.
