About the Role
ParttyHub is looking for a proactive and commercially driven Vendor Coordinator & Sourcing Executive to manage product sourcing, vendor development, procurement and supplier relationships. The candidate will be responsible for discovering new products, identifying reliable suppliers, negotiating competitive prices and ensuring smooth end-to-end sourcing operations.

Key Responsibilities
• Source current products across party supplies, birthday decorations, gifting and celebration categories.
• Identify and develop relationships with manufacturers, wholesalers and suppliers.
• Negotiate pricing, MOQs, payment terms and delivery timelines.
• Conduct market visits and explore current sourcing opportunities.
• Evaluate product samples, quality and commercial viability.
• Coordinate purchase orders, dispatches and deliveries.
• Maintain vendor databases,



costing sheets and procurement records.
• Identify market trends and opportunities to expand the ParttyHub product catalogue. Candidate

Requirements:
• 2–4 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, merchandising or vendor management.
• Experience in toys, gifting, décor, lifestyle or consumer products is preferred.
• Good negotiation, communication and vendor management skills.
• Knowledge of Mumbai wholesale markets will be an advantage.
• Solid understanding of product costing and MS Excel.
• Willingness to travel to markets and vendor locations.
