Key Responsibilities
• Plan, execute, and optimise performance marketing campaigns across quick commerce platforms such as Blinkit, Zepto, and Swiggy Instamart.
• Drive sales, visibility, and brand growth through paid marketing initiatives.
• Manage advertising budgets and optimise campaigns to improve ROAS, conversions, and overall campaign performance.
• Monitor campaign performance, sales trends, customer acquisition, and key marketing metrics.
• Analyse platform-level data to identify growth opportunities and improve campaign efficiency.
• Coordinate with quick commerce platform teams to execute promotional campaigns, offers, and visibility initiatives.
• Work closely with internal marketing, creative,



and sales teams to develop effective campaign strategies.
• Monitor product performance, category trends, and competitor activities across quick commerce platforms.
• Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable insights for business growth.
• Support the planning and execution of festive campaigns, product launches, and seasonal promotions. Requirements
• 2–4 years of experience in performance marketing, digital marketing, or quick commerce marketing.
• Hands-on experience managing paid marketing campaigns and analysing campaign performance.
• Strong understanding of ROAS, ROI, CAC, conversions, and advertising metrics.
• Experience working with quick commerce platforms such as Blinkit, Zepto, or Swiggy Instamart will be preferred.
• Proficiency in Excel, data analysis, and performance reporting.
• Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deliver results in a rapid-paced environment. ⭐ Added Advantage: Experience working with gifting, retail, FMCG, or D2C brands.
