Job Overview We are looking for dynamic, enthusiastic, and target-oriented professionals for the role of Executive / Senior Executive – Client Acquisition in our New Sales Division (NSD). The selected candidates will be responsible for acquiring new business clients, generating leads, promoting IndiaMART's services, and building long-term client relationships through field sales activities.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify and acquire potential business clients through field visits and market mapping.
• Generate leads and develop new business opportunities.
• Understand client requirements and pitch IndiaMART's products and services.
• Conduct face-to-face meetings with prospective clients.
• Convert leads into successful business acquisitions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
• Maintain regular follow-ups and update sales activities. Required Skills & Qualifications
• Graduate in any discipline.
• MBA in Marketing will be an added advantage.
• Prior experience in Field Sales, B2B Sales, Direct Sales, or Business Development preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Good client-handling and relationship-building abilities.
• Self-motivated, confident, and target-oriented.
• Willingness to travel and work in a field-based sales role. Compensation & Benefits
