• Shape denim strategy and design styles (fits, washes, details) using trend research and real sell-through data
• Bring recent and existing product hooks to life through mood boards, imagery, styling and photoshoots
• Make tech packs and follow samples with vendors and production until approval
• Keep design and production running in sync

• Hold a B.
Des from NIFT in Fashion / Leather Design (or related)
• Have 0–1 years of experience (2027 graduates will join as a Trainee, converting to Designer after graduation and completion of the Trainee program)
• Have exceptional creative, conceptual and design-development skills, and a portfolio that shows it
• Have a pattern of excellence in whatever you’ve taken on: academics, work, internships, extra-curriculars, community
• Care about what sells, not just what looks good on a mood board
• Are proficient in Illustrator / CorelDRAW (CLO 3D is a plus)
• Know denim, or are deeply curious about it
• Handle deadlines well and enjoy working across sampling, merchandising, visuals and leadership
