Role Description: We are looking for an AI Tutor cum Web Developer Intern to support training delivery and website development for our internal initiatives and client projects. This role combines hands-on teaching, technical implementation and client coordination. You will help learners understand AI tools and digital technologies, develop and maintain websites, gather client requirements, and support timely project delivery. The ideal candidate should be comfortable taking ownership of assigned tasks, communicating directly with clients, and working independently without continuous supervision where required, while providing progress updates and seeking guidance when necessary. This is a hybrid role based in Krishnanagar.

Key Responsibilities
• Website development: Build, update, and maintain responsive websites and landing pages for Synaxis Global Ventures and its clients.
• Website testing and maintenance: Check mobile responsiveness, forms, links, usability, and basic performance; troubleshoot issues and implement approved improvements.
• Forms and integrations: Assist with enquiry forms, registration forms, spreadsheets, and basic workflow automation or third-party integrations.
• Client coordination:



Communicate professionally with clients to understand requirements, clarify queries, collect content, arrange reviews, and document feedback and approvals.
• Project documentation: Maintain requirement notes, task trackers, meeting summaries, progress reports, and handover instructions.
• AI and digital skills training: Conduct or assist with practical sessions on generative AI, prompt writing, AI productivity tools, MS Office, digital literacy, and basic web development, based on the assigned curriculum.
• Training material preparation: Create lesson plans, presentations, demonstrations, assignments, quizzes, and practical projects suited to learners’ skill levels.
• Student support: Resolve learner queries, review assignments, provide constructive feedback, and track attendance, participation, and progress.
• Independent execution: Plan and complete clearly assigned work with minimal supervision, meet agreed deadlines, and proactively report blockers or risks.
• Team collaboration: Coordinate with the founder, trainers, developers, and other contributors to deliver consistent training and project outcomes.
• Responsible technology use: Follow confidentiality and data security practices, verify AI-generated outputs, and obtain approval before making commitments on project scope, pricing, or delivery timelines. Required Qualifications and

Skills:
• Working knowledge of HTML, Tailwind CSS, JavaScript and Python with an understanding of responsive web design.




• Practical familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or Microsoft Copilot, including writing and improving prompts.
• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly and patiently to beginners.
• Comfort using documents, spreadsheets, presentation software, and online collaboration tools.
• Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
• Ability to coordinate professionally with students and clients.
• Self-motivation and the ability to work independently on assigned tasks while remaining accountable for progress and quality.
• Ability to communicate in English and Bengali for local training and coordination.
• Availability to attend scheduled in office sessions in Krishnanagar, West Bengal.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a relevant degree or diploma in computer science, IT, engineering, analytics, or a related discipline. Candidates with strong practical skills and relevant projects are also encouraged to apply. Preferred
