Role Description The Career Counselor is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India. This role involves providing one-on-one and group counseling to learners on career paths, job search strategies, and skill development plans aligned with programs such as Data Science, AI, Business Analytics, and Data Analytics. The Career Counselor will conduct career assessment sessions, help learners identify strengths and goals, and support them in building resumes, portfolios, and interview preparation. The role includes organizing workshops, information sessions, and employer interaction events, as well as maintaining accurate counseling records and tracking learner progress. Collaboration with instructors, placement teams,



and industry partners is expected to ensure learners receive comprehensive career support. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong skills in Career Counseling and Student Counseling to guide learners through their education-to-employment journey.
• Candidates should possess skills in Career Development and Career Management to help learners plan, progress, and transition into data and analytics-focused roles.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including active listening, clear written and verbal communication, and the ability to explain complex concepts in easy terms.
• Relevant academic background such as a degree in Psychology, Counseling, Education, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience working with students or early-career professionals, ideally in tech or analytics education, is beneficial.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and maintain confidentiality and ethical counseling practices.
• Comfort with using digital tools, career platforms, and basic data or analytics concepts to support learner guidance is an advantage.
