About Core Bolt Core Bolt is a Hyderabad-based hardware company building the computing and perception backbone for robotics, autonomous mobility and intelligent machines. We design our own AI edge computers under the HyperEdge and HyperCore brands, built on NVIDIA Jetson and Intel platforms. We also deliver ready-to-deploy perception kits that bring together edge computers, LiDARs and GMSL cameras. As a technical integrator for leading sensor makers including RoboSense, Livox, Hesai, Ouster, Luxonis and Orbbec, we help customers in automotive, warehouse robotics, med-tech and industrial automation move faster from prototype to production. Role: Sales Lead (Full-time, In office, Hyderabad) You will drive new business and grow existing accounts across robotics, embedded hardware and industrial automation. The work runs from prospecting and qualifying leads through demos and proposals to negotiating and closing deals against revenue targets.



You will work closely with our engineering and operations teams to scope technical requirements, prepare accurate quotations and make sure orders are delivered smoothly. You will also guide junior team members, contribute to forecasts and represent Core Bolt at customer meetings and industry events. What we are looking for
• We want someone with a proven record in B2B technology or industrial hardware sales, ideally in embedded systems, electronics, robotics or automation. You should be able to read basic product specifications and explain technical solutions clearly to both engineers and business decision-makers. Strong negotiation and presentation skills, comfort with CRM tools and a focus on building long-term customer relationships are important. A degree in Engineering, Business or a related field is preferred, but equivalent hands-on experience in technical sales counts just as much.
