Job Summary The Projects & Proposal Engineer is responsible for monitoring the preparation and timely submission of techno-commercial offers, tenders, and proposals while providing continuous support to the sales team. Responsibilities
• Review and monitor customer enquiries to ensure timely preparation and submission of quotations, bids, and online/offline tenders.
• Prepare and submit techno-commercial proposals in compliance with customer specifications and tender requirements.
• Maintain and update customer and client contact databases.
• Visit customers for technical discussions, clarification meetings, and techno-commercial negotiations.
• Monitor project orders and ensure timely submission, resubmission, and approval of post-order documents.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to obtain quotations, technical information, and post-order documentation.
• Liaise with internal departments such as Engineering, Procurement, Production, Quality, and Logistics to ensure smooth project execution.
• Track order progress and support timely delivery of products and services to customers.




• Follow up with customers and internal stakeholders to expedite approvals and resolve technical or commercial issues.
• Maintain records of proposals, tenders, orders, and project documentation for future reference and audits.
• Support sales and business development activities to achieve organizational growth targets. Basic Qualifications
• Technical qualification: Engineering degree in Mechanical.
• 5+ years of experience in proposal and tendering in industrial equipment, ideally with experience Pumps or similar fluid handling equipment. Travel & Work Arrangements/Requirements Residential Key Competencies
• Strong knowledge of tendering, proposal preparation, and project coordination.
• Ability to understand technical specifications and prepare techno-commercial offers.
• Effective communication and negotiation skills.
• Valuable coordination and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and SAP.
• Strong planning, monitoring, and organizational skills.
• Customer-focused approach with attention to detail.
