• Focus Areas: IT Applications, Software Engineering, Infrastructure, Cloud, Data, AI/ML, DevOps, and Technical / Functional IT Roles Required Qualifications and Experience
• 4+ years of hands on IT recruitment experience, preferably supporting US based clients and vendor or MSP environments.
• Proven ability to manage up to 5 active technical requirements daily while maintaining recruiting quality and delivery timelines.
• Demonstrated track record of achieving at least 1 successful candidate start per week.
• Expert understanding of vendor SLAs, submission deadlines, interview coordination, and full lifecycle recruiting delivery.
• Solid ability to prioritize multiple requirements, pivot quickly, and maximize sourcing productivity.
• Excellent candidate communication, client feedback coordination, follow up, and pipeline management skills.




• Strong relationship building and personal branding capabilities to develop and expand technical talent networks.
• Advanced sourcing expertise using LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, Google X Ray, Boolean search, and other technical sourcing platforms.
• Experience leveraging ChatGPT and AI powered recruiting tools to optimize sourcing strategies, Boolean strings, candidate engagement, and recruiting workflows.
• Extensive hands on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, including advanced search, projects, candidate pipelines, and talent engagement.
• Exceptional candidate screening and evaluation skills, with the ability to identify resume inconsistencies, fraudulent profiles, and misrepresented technical experience.
• Experience conducting or coordinating live coding assessments and technical screening sessions.
• Familiarity with IDE based code review and candidate technical validation processes. Preferred Technical Knowledge
