Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Article Assistant role based in Pune. The Article Assistant will support audit and assurance engagements, including assisting in statutory, internal, and tax audit procedures under the supervision of senior team members. The role includes preparing working papers, performing basic financial analysis, supporting tax return preparation and compliance activities, and helping with documentation for regulatory filings. The Article Assistant will also assist in research on accounting, taxation, and regulatory matters, maintain organized records,



and collaborate with colleagues to meet engagement timelines and quality standards. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess solid accounting and auditing fundamentals, including knowledge of basic financial statements and audit procedures.
• Candidates should possess skills in tax concepts and compliance, with an interest in direct and indirect taxation and related regulatory frameworks.
• Candidates should possess proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and be comfortable working with accounting and audit-related software.
• Candidates should possess effective written and verbal communication skills, along with the ability to document work clearly and professionally.
• Candidates should possess strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to manage time and multiple assignments responsibly.
• Candidates pursuing or enrolled in a professional accounting qualification (e.g., CA articleship) and familiar with Indian accounting standards will be preferred.
• Candidates should demonstrate integrity, a willingness to learn, and the ability to work collaboratively in a structured, professional environment.
