All India Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced RPA Developer with strong expertise in Automation Anywhere A360 to design, develop, and support enterprise automation solutions. The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and deliver scalable, high-quality bots.

Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA solutions using Automation Anywhere A360.
• Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities.
• Develop reusable bot components and implement exception handling frameworks.
• Integrate bots with enterprise applications, databases, APIs, and web applications.
• Perform code reviews, unit testing, UAT support,



and production deployments.
• Monitor bot performance and provide ongoing support and enhancements.
• Prepare technical documentation and adhere to RPA governance standards. Required

Skills:
• 4-8 years of IT experience with 3+ years in Automation Anywhere A360.
• Hands-on experience with Control Room, Bot Creator, Bot Runner, IQ Bot, and Bot Insight.
• Strong knowledge of SQL, REST APIs, JSON/XML, and workflow automation.
• Experience integrating RPA solutions with ERP, CRM, ServiceNow, SAP, or similar platforms.
• Scripting experience in Python, PowerShell, JavaScript, or VBScript.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Qualifications
• Automation Anywhere Advanced/Professional Certification.
• Experience with OCR, Intelligent Document Processing, or AI-led automation.
• Exposure to Agile delivery methodologies and enterprise-scale automation programs.

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, IT, or related discipline.
