We are looking for energetic, target-driven sales professionals with experience in fitness, nutrition, healthcare or wellness. The ideal candidate should understand fitness and weight management, including emerging GLP-1-based weight-loss solutions.
Key Responsibilities
• Engage with prospective customers and understand their fitness, nutrition and weight-loss goals.
• Recommend relevant fitness, nutrition and wellness programs based on customer needs.
• Drive sales conversions and achieve monthly revenue targets.
• Educate customers on weight management solutions, including GLP-1-based programs.
• Handle customer queries, objections and follow-ups.
• Maintain lead records, customer interactions and sales updates in CRM. Requirements
• 1+ years of experience in sales, preferably in fitness, nutrition,
healthcare or wellness.
• Experience with gyms, fitness studios, weight management clinics or fitness-tech companies preferred.
• Familiarity with GLP-1 medications and medical weight management is an added advantage.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and consultative selling skills.
• Customer-centric, proactive and target-oriented approach.
