We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Consultant to help clients identify, assess, and unlock business value through process transformation, data analytics, and AI-driven solutions. The role involves working closely with business and plant leadership to diagnose operational challenges, perform deep-dive process and data analysis, develop hypotheses, identify high-impact AI use cases, define solution roadmaps, and quantify business value and ROI. Responsibilities:

Location:

• Lead discovery and diagnostic engagements across manufacturing operations, supply chain, maintenance, quality, production, and asset management.
• Conduct deep-dive analysis of business processes, operational data, and performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
• Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to uncover patterns, bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and value drivers.




• Develop hypotheses and validate them through data-driven assessments and stakeholder workshops.
• Identify, prioritize, and define AI, Advanced Analytics, and Digital Manufacturing use cases.
• Build business cases, value realization models, and ROI assessments for transformation initiatives.
• Design end-to-end solution concepts spanning process, technology, data, analytics, and AI.
• Facilitate workshops with client leadership and operational teams to align on opportunities and transformation roadmaps.
• Translate business challenges into actionable transformation programs and implementation plans.
• Collaborate with data scientists, architects, and industry SMEs to shape scalable solutions.

• Measurable operational and financial impact Mandatory skill sets:
• 15+ years of experience in Manufacturing, Operations Excellence, Industrial Consulting, Digital Transformation,



or related fields.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes including Production, Quality, Maintenance, Supply Chain, Planning, and Asset Management.
• Experience conducting process diagnostics, root-cause analysis, and operational performance assessments.
• Hands-on experience with data analysis, KPI interpretation, and business value quantification.
• Strong understanding of AI, Advanced Analytics, Industry 4.0, Smart Factory, Digital Twin, Predictive Maintenance, Quality Analytics, or related technologies.
• Ability to build executive-level business cases and articulate strategic value.
• Excellent stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and structured-thinking capabilities. Preferred skill sets:
• Engineering degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Production, Chemical, Electrical, or related disciplines; MBA preferred.
• Experience in consulting, advisory, or large-scale transformation programs.
• Exposure to manufacturing systems such as ERP, MES, SCADA, Historian, APS, IoT platforms, or Industrial Data Platforms. Years of experience required:
• 15+ years of experience in Manufacturing, Operations Excellence, Industrial Consulting, Digital Transformation, or related fields. Education qualification: B.
E. / B.
Tech / MCA/ M.
E/ M.
TECH/ MBA/ PGDM. All qualifications should be in regular full-time mode with no extension of course duration due to backlogs
