Role Description This is a full-time, in office role for a Diploma Architect & Draftsman based in Kolkata. The role involves preparing detailed architectural drawings, plans, sections, and elevations using industry-standard drafting tools and software. Daily tasks include supporting architects in developing design concepts, converting sketches into technical drawings, and coordinating revisions based on client and project requirements. The Diploma Architect & Draftsman will assist in documentation for regulatory approvals, maintain organized drawing records, and collaborate with the project team to ensure accuracy and consistency across all deliverables.



The role also requires regular interaction with architects, consultants, and, when needed, site teams to align drawings with practical implementation. Qualifications
• Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with the ability to translate design concepts into clear technical drawings.
• Experience with Software Development and Integration related to architectural tools (such as CAD/BIM software workflows and file coordination).
• Proficiency in Project Management basics, including organizing drawing sets, tracking revisions, and meeting project timelines.
• Diploma in Architecture or Civil Draftsmanship from a recognized institution.
• Hands-on experience with CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD), and familiarity with 3D visualization tools is an advantage.
• Attention to detail, strong spatial understanding, and ability to follow design and technical guidelines accurately.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in an on-site studio environment.
• Prior experience in an architectural or interior design studio in Kolkata or similar urban context is preferred.
