Role Description The E-commerce Operations & Logistics Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Ajmer, responsible for ensuring smooth end-to-end online order processing and delivery. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating order fulfillment, managing inventory and packaging, and overseeing dispatch and courier follow-ups to achieve timely, accurate deliveries. The role involves monitoring shipment statuses, resolving logistics issues, and maintaining clear documentation for orders, returns, and stock movements. The executive will handle customer inquiries related to orders and shipments, collaborate with customer service and sales teams, and support improvements in operational workflows and supply chain efficiency. This role also includes tracking key performance metrics, assisting in vendor and courier management, and ensuring adherence to company standards for quality and service. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Customer Service skills and the ability to handle order-related queries and issue resolution with professionalism and empathy.




• Candidates should possess effective Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication for coordination with internal teams, vendors, and logistics partners.
• Candidates should possess Logistics Management skills to manage order fulfillment, shipment tracking, dispatch planning, and delivery follow-ups.
• Candidates should possess Supply Chain Management skills to support inventory control, stock reconciliation, vendor coordination, and process optimization.
• Candidates should possess basic Sales-related skills to collaborate with sales and e-commerce teams on promotions, order prioritization, and customer satisfaction.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work with e-commerce platforms, order management tools, and spreadsheets.
• Experience in e-commerce operations, logistics, or related fields is preferred; exposure to healthcare, wellness, or FMCG sectors is an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site in Ajmer, manage time effectively, and collaborate in a fast-paced, process-driven setting.
• Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, logistics, supply chain, or a related discipline is beneficial.
