AirBrick Infra is looking for a Procurement Executive with hands-on experience in purchasing interior fit-out and construction materials. We are specifically looking for candidates who have worked with commercial interior design companies, interior contractors, turnkey fit-out companies or design & build firms and have practical experience procuring materials required for interior projects. Candidates with general procurement experience in unrelated industries will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities
• Procure interior fit-out materials such as plywood, laminates, veneers, MDF, gypsum boards, glass, aluminium, hardware, electrical materials, lighting, flooring, false ceiling materials, paints, furniture and other interior finishing materials.
• Identify, develop and manage vendors and suppliers dealing specifically in interior and construction materials.
• Prepare and float RFQs based on BOQs, drawings, technical specifications and project requirements.
• Obtain quotations from vendors and prepare comparative statements for technical and commercial evaluation.
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms and delivery schedules with suppliers.
• Prepare and process purchase orders after obtaining the necessary approvals.
• Coordinate with project, design, QS and finance teams to understand material requirements and procurement schedules.
• Track material orders,



dispatches and deliveries to ensure timely availability at project sites.
• Resolve material shortages, quality issues, delivery delays and vendor-related concerns.
• Maintain vendor databases, quotations, purchase orders, invoices and procurement records.
• Monitor open purchase orders, material reconciliation and procurement closures. Mandatory Requirements
• 2–4 years of hands-on procurement experience in commercial interiors, interior fit-outs, turnkey projects or construction interiors.
• Robust knowledge of interior materials, their specifications, applications and market pricing.
• Existing vendor network for interior materials will be an advantage.
• Practical experience in BOQ-based procurement, RFQs, quotation comparisons and purchase order processing.
• Good negotiation, vendor management and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and procurement ERP systems. Who Should Apply?We are particularly interested in candidates currently working with:
