Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Junior Accountant role based in Raipur. The Junior Accountant will support day-to-day accounting operations, including recording financial transactions, maintaining ledgers, and assisting with accounts payable and receivable. Responsibilities include preparing invoices, tracking expenses, reconciling bank statements, and supporting month-end and year-end closing activities. The role also involves assisting with financial reporting, coordinating with external accountants or auditors, and ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and local regulations.



The Junior Accountant will collaborate with project and operations teams to track project-related costs and help maintain accurate, up-to-date financial records. Qualifications
• Strong foundation in basic accounting principles, including bookkeeping, journal entries, and ledger management.
• Proficiency with accounting software and Excel or similar spreadsheet tools for data entry, reconciliation, and reporting.
• Attention to detail, accuracy in handling numerical data, and ability to identify and resolve discrepancies.
• Good organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks, deadlines, and project-related financial documentation.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills for coordination with internal teams and external partners.
• Relevant educational background, such as a degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce.
• Knowledge of Indian taxation, GST, and compliance requirements is an advantage.
• Prior internship or entry-level experience in accounting or finance, preferably in a professional services or design-related environment, is a plus.
