Role Description The Senior Civil Engineer will lead and oversee civil and structural engineering design work for a variety of projects, ensuring compliance with applicable codes, standards, and best practices. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing and reviewing design calculations, drawings, and specifications; coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders; and providing technical guidance to junior engineers and designers. The role involves planning and managing project tasks, evaluating site conditions, and addressing stormwater management, drainage, and infrastructure requirements.



The Senior Civil Engineer will also support quality assurance processes, participate in project meetings, and contribute to continuous improvement in design methods and workflows. This is a full time, on-site role based in the Pune Division. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess robust skills in Civil Engineering and Civil Engineering Design.
• Candidates should possess skills relevant to Civil Engineers, including infrastructure planning and site development.
• Candidates should possess skills in Planning and project coordination for civil and structural works.
• Candidates should possess skills in Stormwater Management, including drainage design and analysis.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Civil Engineering or a closely related discipline.
• Several years of progressively responsible experience in civil or structural engineering, preferably in consulting.
• Proficiency with relevant design and analysis software (e.g., AutoCAD, STAAD, ETABS, civil design tools) and familiarity with local and international codes.
• Robust analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to mentor and lead project teams.
• Ability to work on-site in the Pune Division and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary stakeholders.
