Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Kochi. The Sales Executive will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, and promote Desqoo’s ergonomic office workstation solutions. Daily responsibilities include meeting prospective customers, conducting product presentations and demonstrations, preparing proposals and quotations, and negotiating terms to close sales. The role also involves coordinating with the design and operations teams to ensure accurate customization and timely delivery,



maintaining sales records and forecasts, and providing post-sale support to strengthen client satisfaction and retention. Qualifications
• Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in furniture, interiors, office equipment, or related industries.
• Strong client relationship management skills, with the ability to understand customer needs and recommend tailored solutions.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently, meet targets, and manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
• Comfort with field work, client visits, and on-site meetings in and around Kochi.
• Basic proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and maintaining accurate sales reports.
• Knowledge or interest in ergonomic furniture, workspace design, or office planning is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong professional ethics and a commitment to providing inclusive, respectful customer service.
