Role Description The Deputy Manager Finance Account will oversee day-to-day financial accounting and reporting activities, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely completion of all finance-related tasks. This full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram includes managing accounts payable and receivable, preparing and reviewing ledgers, reconciling bank statements, and supporting month-end and year-end closing. The role involves coordinating with internal teams for billing, collections, and cost tracking, monitoring cash flows and budgets, and supporting statutory audits and tax filings in line with applicable regulations.



The Deputy Manager will also assist in financial analysis, MIS reporting, and process improvements to enhance financial efficiency and support business decision-making. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Finance skills, including budgeting, financial reporting, cash flow management, and familiarity with tax and regulatory compliance.
• Candidates should possess solid Account Management skills, such as ledger maintenance, reconciliation, invoicing, and oversight of accounts payable and receivable.
• Candidates should possess effective Customer Service skills to coordinate with clients on billing, payments, and query resolution in a professional manner.
• Candidates should possess Sales support skills to collaborate with business teams on pricing, cost analysis, contract terms, and revenue tracking.
• Candidates should possess Team Management skills, including the ability to guide junior staff, collaborate across departments, and manage workloads effectively.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel, along with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, is beneficial.
• A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field is preferred; professional certifications (e.g., CA/ICWA/MBA Finance) are an advantage.
• Experience in logistics, transportation, or related industries and knowledge of GST and other Indian financial regulations will be an added benefit.
