About the Role
We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Associate to plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads. You’ll own day-to-day campaign execution, work closely with creative and analytics teams, and help us scale acquisition efficiently while hitting CAC and ROAS targets. What you’ll do
• Build, launch, and manage campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, Display, YouTube, Shopping) and Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram)
• Monitor performance daily and optimize bids, budgets, audiences, keywords, placements, and creatives to improve CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates
• Run structured A/B tests on ad copy, creatives, landing pages, audiences, and bidding strategies, and document learnings
• Conduct keyword research,



build audience segments (custom, lookalike, remarketing), and manage negative keyword lists
• Work with design and content teams to brief, review, and iterate on ad creatives
• Set up and maintain conversion tracking (GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, Conversions API)
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with explicit insights and recommendations
• Manage budgets and pacing, and flag overspend or underperformance early
• Stay current on platform updates, ad policies, and industry best practices
• Collaborate with product, CRM, and sales teams to align campaigns with funnel goals What we’re looking for
• 1-3 years of experience running Google Ads and Meta Ads
• Understanding of key metrics like CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS
• Basic knowledge of GA4 and Google Tag Manager
• Comfortable with Excel or Google Sheets
• Clear communication and attention to detail
• Knowledge of landing page optimization
• Familiarity with Looker Studio or similar reporting tools
