Role Description The Project Executive role at TEXMATIC is a full time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. In this role, the Project Executive coordinates interior design and branding projects from initiation to completion, ensuring deliverables meet client expectations, timelines, and quality standards. Day-to-day tasks include managing project schedules, tracking progress, preparing status reports, and supporting project documentation. The Project Executive liaises with clients, designers, vendors, and contractors, schedules site visits, and helps resolve issues that may impact project scope, budget, or timelines.



The role also involves assisting with resource planning, monitoring project costs, and contributing to process improvements to ensure efficient project execution. Qualifications
• Experience in project coordination or project management, preferably within interior design, architecture, or corporate branding.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for working with clients, design teams, and vendors.
• Basic understanding of interior design processes, construction workflows, or branding implementation is an advantage.
• Proficiency in office productivity tools (e.g., MS Office or Google Workspace); familiarity with project management software is a plus.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving ability, with a focus on quality and client satisfaction.
• Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, conduct regular site visits, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Interior Design, Architecture, Business, or a related field is preferred.
