Creative Project Manager

1–2 years (preferred) About Edit Lobby Edit Lobby is a creative production company focused on delivering high-quality video editing and creative solutions for brands, creators, and businesses. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Creative Project Manager who can oversee project execution while ensuring the highest standards of creative quality. Role Overview We are looking for someone who can take ownership of both Project Management and Quality Control (QC). The ideal candidate should be capable of managing projects end-to-end, coordinating with editors and internal teams, tracking deadlines, and ensuring that every deliverable meets client expectations and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
1. Project Management
• Manage projects from initiation to final delivery, ensuring timely execution.
• Coordinate with clients, editors, and internal teams to maintain smooth workflows.
• Allocate projects and manage team workloads based on priorities and deadlines.
• Track project progress, turnaround times, and deliverables.
• Handle client feedback, revisions, and ensure effective communication.
• Identify bottlenecks and proactively resolve project-related challenges.
• Maintain project trackers, reports, and daily workflow updates. 2. Quality Control (QC)
• Review and evaluate video edits before final delivery.
• Ensure creative consistency, technical accuracy,



and adherence to client briefs.
• Check transitions, pacing, audio, subtitles, graphics, colour, and overall storytelling.
• Identify errors and provide clear, actionable feedback to editors.
• Maintain quality benchmarks and ensure minimal revisions.
• Track recurring quality issues and work towards improving team performance. 3. Team Coordination & Performance
• Work closely with editors, QC members, and other project stakeholders.
• Monitor individual and team productivity.
• Ensure clear communication between PM and QC functions.
• Help streamline internal processes and improve operational efficiency.
• Take ownership of project outcomes, quality standards, and delivery timelines. Requirements
• 1–2 years of experience in Project Management, Video Editing Operations, or Quality Control.
• Robust understanding of video editing workflows and creative production.
• Experience managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and an eye for creative quality.
• Ability to manage teams, prioritise tasks, and work in a fast-paced environment.
