About the Role
Livspace Casantro is looking for an accomplished and result-oriented Business Manager to lead its design team and drive business performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in interior design, team leadership, project management, and business development, with the ability to manage the complete project lifecycle while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. This role requires a dynamic leader who can build high-performing design teams, improve operational efficiency, drive conversions, and ensure seamless project execution.

Key Responsibilities
1. Design Team Leadership
• Lead, manage, and mentor a team of Architects and Interior Designers.
• Drive team productivity, performance, and accountability.
• Recruit, onboard, train, and develop design talent.
• Strengthen the team's technical knowledge, design capabilities, and customer-handling skills. 2. Business & Funnel Management
• Own and manage the complete project funnel, from order booking to production readiness.
• Drive business conversion, order booking, and revenue targets.
• Monitor project progress, funnel health, and team performance.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions to improve business outcomes. 3. Project & Operational Management
• Ensure timely movement of projects through design, approvals, and production readiness.
• Coordinate with production, operations, procurement, and installation teams.
• Maintain quality standards and ensure smooth project handovers.
• Resolve escalations and ensure timely project closures. 4. Customer Experience




• Drive exceptional customer satisfaction throughout the project journey.
• Maintain a customer NPS of 9+/10.
• Handle critical customer escalations and ensure effective resolution.
• Build robust customer relationships through proactive communication and ownership. Desired Candidate Profile
• Diploma / Bachelor's / Master's degree in Interior Design or B.
Arch.
• Minimum 6+ years of experience in interior design and project management.
• Mandatory experience in managing and leading a team of Architects / Interior Designers.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering at least 10 residential interior projects end to end.
• Strong understanding of residential interiors, design concepts, materials, and execution processes.
• Excellent business acumen, funnel management, and conversion capabilities.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and drive teams towards business objectives. Added Advantage: Experience in building, developing, and scaling design teams in a fast-growing interior design organization. Key Success Metrics (KPIs)
