Key Responsibilities
• Lead a team of 5–6 interns, allocate tasks, monitor progress, and oversee timely execution of internal audit and business advisory assignments.
• Plan, conduct, and review internal audits and Internal Financial Controls (IFC) audits to assess risk management, control effectiveness, and compliance.
• Identify process inefficiencies, internal control gaps, operational risks, and opportunities to improve business processes.
• Provide business advisory support, including financial analysis, evaluation of business performance, and strategic recommendations.
• Assist clients in setting up, strengthening, and optimizing Management Information Systems (MIS) for better financial and operational decision-making.
• Evaluate business growth strategies and recommend ways to improve financial performance, scalability, and operational efficiency.
• Review audit and advisory deliverables to ensure quality, accuracy, and consistency with professional standards.




• Mentor and provide technical guidance to interns and junior team members.
• Manage client communication, present findings, discuss recommendations, and independently handle assigned engagements. Candidate Requirements
• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
• 5+ years of post-qualification experience in internal audit, business advisory, IFC, risk and control reviews, or a closely related domain.
• Solid understanding of internal audit methodologies, internal financial controls, risk assessment, and process reviews.
• Experience in financial analysis, management reporting, MIS, and operational improvement initiatives.
• Prior experience in managing assignments and guiding a small team is expected.
• Strong communication, stakeholder-management, report-writing, and client-handling skills.
