ServiceNow FSO, ITSM, App Engine Role Summary We are looking for an experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer with strong hands-on expertise in ServiceNow development, particularly in the Financial Services Operations (FSO) module, along with experience in ITSM and App Engine. The ideal candidate should have experience in designing, developing, customizing, and implementing scalable ServiceNow solutions, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Hands-on FSO experience will be a key requirement for this position. What will your role look like?
• Design, develop, configure, and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
• Work extensively on the ServiceNow FSO module, building and customizing workflows and applications.
• Develop and enhance ITSM processes and applications.
• Leverage ServiceNow App Engine to build custom applications and business solutions.
• Develop server-side and client-side scripts, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, script includes, and workflows.
• Build integrations between ServiceNow and external systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
• Configure Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and other platform capabilities.
• Understand business requirements and translate them into technical designs and solutions.
• Perform debugging, troubleshooting, performance optimization, and platform enhancements.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams.
• Ensure adherence to ServiceNow development best practices and platform standards.



We would like you to bring along
• 6–8+ years of overall experience in ServiceNow development.
• Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow Financial Services Operations (FSO).
• Good experience in ServiceNow ITSM modules, including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Knowledge Management.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow App Engine and custom application development.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting.
• Experience with Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, UI Actions, and ACLs.
• Experience with Flow Designer, Workflow Editor, and IntegrationHub.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow data models, tables, forms, and platform architecture.
• Experience in REST/SOAP integrations and third-party system integrations.
• Ability to independently handle technical development, enhancements, and troubleshooting. Valuable-to-have skills
• ServiceNow certifications such as CSA and CAD.
• Relevant CIS certifications in ITSM or FSO.
• Experience with Financial Services workflows, banking operations, financial institutions, and customer servicing processes.
• Exposure to ServiceNow CSM and custom workflow development.
• Experience with ServiceNow upgrades, deployments, and performance optimization. Why you will love this role
