Ltd. is looking for an experienced and technically strong professional to lead our engineering and test solution development team. We are seeking a hands-on technical leader with strong expertise in electronics hardware, ICT/FCT fixture development, ATE systems and customised electronic testing solutions. Position: Technical Head – ATE / Test Engineering

Experience:
10–15 Years

Location:
Yeshwanthpur, Bengaluru Employment Type: Full-time | In office Compensation: ₹30–50 LPA + Performance Bonus

Key Responsibilities
• Lead the technical development of ICT/FCT fixtures and ATE systems.
• Evaluate customer requirements, RFQs and technical specifications.
• Provide technical direction in electronics hardware, circuit interfacing and system integration.
• Oversee fixture development, debugging, troubleshooting and validation.
• Coordinate mechanical, electrical, electronics and software engineering activities.




• Guide engineering teams and ensure successful technical execution of projects. What We Are Looking For:
• Strong hands-on experience in electronics and test engineering.
• Practical knowledge of ATE development, ICT/FCT systems and PCB testing.
• Experience in hardware integration, debugging and technical problem-solving.
• Ability to independently evaluate technical requirements and develop suitable solutions.
• Experience in leading and mentoring engineering teams.
