Role Description This is a full-time, in office Assistant role based in Bokaro Steel City. The Assistant will support daily store operations, including helping with inventory handling, organizing merchandise, and ensuring the sales area is clean and well-presented. The role involves assisting customers with queries, guiding them to products, and coordinating with the sales and cashier teams to facilitate smooth transactions. The Assistant will help with basic documentation, data entry, and reporting as needed, and may support store management with scheduling, communication, and follow-up on operational tasks.



The position requires adherence to company policies, participation in regular team meetings, and contribution to a safe and inclusive workplace environment. Qualifications
• Strong customer service orientation, with the ability to communicate clearly and respectfully with diverse customers and colleagues.
• Basic organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks, maintain orderly work areas, and meet daily operational requirements.
• Comfort with basic documentation, data entry, and use of point-of-sale or retail systems; familiarity with MS Office or similar tools is an advantage.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team, follow instructions from supervisors, and adapt to changing store needs and schedules.
• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; prior experience in retail, hospitality, or customer-facing roles is preferred but not mandatory.
• Willingness to work on-site in Bokaro Steel City, including weekends, holidays, and flexible shifts as required by store operations.
