2+ Years Qualification: MBA / PGDM About reelOnreelOn is looking for a dynamic, proactive, and execution-oriented Head – Contests to build and lead our Contests Vertical. We are looking for someone who can identify exciting contest opportunities, create original contest concepts, build brand and sponsorship partnerships, and independently execute engaging online, offline, and hybrid experiences. This is a hands-on leadership opportunity for someone who can take complete ownership — from developing an idea and pitching partners to driving registrations, hosting events, managing participants, and delivering successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
• Identify and onboard existing contests from brands, colleges, creators, communities, and event organizers.
• Develop innovative and cost-effective contest concepts across different industries and talent categories.
• Build relationships with brands, sponsors, colleges, venues, creators, and event organizers.
• Prepare sponsorship proposals and secure sponsorships, prizes, venues, and promotional partnerships.
• Independently manage the complete contest lifecycle, including planning, registrations, promotions, execution, judging, results, and rewards.
• Drive participant registrations, attendance, engagement, and repeat participation.
• Organize and manage online, offline, and hybrid events.
• Represent reelOn at colleges, industry events,



partner meetings, and public programs.
• Conduct platform demos, presentations, orientations, and participant sessions.
• Be comfortable facing the camera, hosting sessions, announcing contests, and creating promotional content.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth execution.
• Track budgets, participation, sponsorships, engagement, and overall contest performance. Mandatory Requirements
• MBA / PGDM graduate.
• Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience in event management, contests, competitions, brand activations, or community programs.
• Proven experience independently planning and executing events or contests.
• A robust portfolio of previously executed events/contests is mandatory.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, presentation, and public-speaking skills.
• Fluency in Telugu, Hindi, and English.
• Confidence in hosting events, conducting presentations, and speaking on camera.
• Strong networking, negotiation, budgeting, and organizational skills.
• Ability to independently approach and pitch brands, sponsors, colleges, and event organizers.




• Willingness to travel within Hyderabad and manage on-ground event execution. Added Advantages

• Experience in anchoring, hosting, presenting, or creating video content.
• Existing connections with brands, sponsors, colleges, creators, or event organizers.
• Experience securing sponsorships and executing large-scale events within limited budgets. What We ExpectWe are looking for an individual who can take complete ownership of the Contests Vertical, build a strong contest pipeline, create engaging experiences, develop partnerships, and deliver measurable results with minimal supervision. This is not just a coordination role. We need someone who can conceptualize, pitch, execute, and lead from start to finish.
