Job Description
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition (75%)
• Take end-to-end ownership of recruitment for Sales, Field, Operations, and Corporate roles across the organisation.
• Independently manage hiring requirements, ensuring timely vacancy closure, quality of hires, and manpower fulfilment.
• Drive bulk hiring campaigns, walk-in drives, campus recruitment, and employee referral programmes.
• Source, screen, interview, and shortlist candidates based on role requirements and organisational fit.
• Partner with department heads and hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and develop effective hiring strategies.
• Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for recurring and critical positions.
• Effectively utilise job portals, LinkedIn, social media, recruitment vendors, and alternative sourcing channels.
• Track recruitment KPIs, including time-to-hire, offer-to-joining conversion, hiring costs, and vacancy ageing. HR Operations & Onboarding (15%)
• Own offer generation, salary negotiations, offer roll-out, and pre-joining engagement.
• Ensure smooth onboarding, documentation, induction, and joining formalities.
• Maintain accurate recruitment MIS and employee records. Employee Engagement & Rewards (5%)
• Plan, organise, and execute employee engagement initiatives,



including fun activities, team-building events, celebrations, and employee recognition programmes.
• Drive initiatives that improve employee participation, workplace culture, and team bonding.
• Coordinate with department heads and store teams to ensure consistent engagement across locations. POSH & Employee Relations (5%)
• Serve as a member of the Internal Committee (IC) under POSH, subject to eligibility and formal appointment.
• Support POSH awareness programmes, employee sensitisation, and periodic training sessions.
• Assist in handling employee grievances and workplace concerns with confidentiality and professionalism.
• Support POSH compliance, documentation, and committee activities in accordance with applicable regulations. Requirement
• 2+ years of HR experience, with strong exposure to non-IT recruitment.
• Experience in Sales / Retail / Frontline hiring will be an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple positions and priorities independently.
• Energetic, proactive and people-oriented approach.
• Good working knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and HRMS.
• MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification preferred.
