Role Description The Interior Design Assistant is a full time, on-site role based in Mumbai, supporting interior design and office furniture projects from concept through execution. The role includes assisting with space planning, preparing and updating floor plans and layouts, and helping select appropriate furniture and finishes that align with project requirements and company standards. Responsibilities involve coordinating with designers, suppliers, and installation teams, documenting project details, and ensuring that designs are implemented accurately on site.



The Interior Design Assistant will also support client meetings, prepare presentation materials, and contribute to maintaining organized project files and samples. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess skills in Interior Design and Space Planning for office and commercial environments.
• Candidates should possess skills in creating and reading Floor Plans, including layouts, measurements, and basic technical drawings.
• Candidates should possess skills in Furniture selection and coordination, with an understanding of office ergonomics and finishes.
• Candidates should possess strong Communication skills for collaborating with designers, vendors, and clients.
• Diploma or degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field is preferred.
• Proficiency with design and drafting tools (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar software) is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple projects.
• Ability to work on site, manage time effectively, and support project deadlines.
