Requirements:
• 10+ years of overall ERP / Oracle EBS experience.
• Minimum 5+ years in a senior leadership / managerial role.
• Proven experience managing large teams of 50+ FTEs.
• Strong expertise in Oracle EBS Functional Support.
• Functional knowledge across Oracle EBS Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Services modules.
• Experience managing global 24/7 support operations through a Follow-the-Sun model.
• Strong exposure to Incident Management, RCA, SLA Management, MTTR, and continuous improvement.
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership skills. Preferred:
• ITIL-based service management.
• ServiceNow.
• Global ERP support operations in manufacturing / industrial environments. Important Eligibility:
