Role Description The Field Executive for E-Commerce will be responsible for driving sales and account growth for e-commerce partners . This full-time, on-site role includes visiting client locations or partner outlets, onboarding and managing new sellers or vendors, and ensuring compliance with platform processes and standards. The Field Executive will monitor performance metrics, analyze sales data, and implement strategies to improve order volume, customer satisfaction, and retention. Responsibilities also include coordinating with internal teams to resolve issues, providing product and process education to partners, and maintaining accurate records of field activities. The role requires frequent interaction with stakeholders, proactive problem solving, and consistent follow-up to meet assigned targets and service-level expectations. Qualifications & Compensation

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders in person.
• Experience in e-commerce, retail, or field will be an advantage.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple accounts, and meet deadlines and targets consistently.
• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
