Role Description The Admission Counsellor role is a full-time, on-site position based in Jodhpur. The Admission Counsellor will engage with prospective students and families, explain course offerings and admission processes, and guide them in selecting suitable programs. Daily responsibilities include handling walk-in and phone inquiries, conducting counseling sessions, following up with leads, and supporting enrollment targets through effective communication and relationship building.



The role also involves coordinating with the academic and marketing teams, maintaining accurate records of interactions, and representing Law Prep Tutorial at events or outreach activities as needed. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess general Communication skills to effectively counsel students and families.
• Candidates should possess Sales-related skills to convert leads into enrollments and meet admission targets ethically and transparently.
• Candidates should possess an understanding of the Education domain, preferably with exposure to entrance exam coaching or academic counseling.
• Additional beneficial qualifications include proficiency with basic computer applications and CRM tools, strong organizational and follow-up skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• A bachelor’s degree in any discipline is preferred; prior experience in admissions, counseling, or education services is an added advantage.
