Role Description The Affiliate Sales Manager – International BD (CPS / CPA / CPL) is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. The person in this position will identify, onboard, and manage international affiliate partners, networks, and media buyers across CPS, CPA, and CPL models. Daily responsibilities include prospecting and lead generation, negotiating commercial terms, optimizing campaign performance, and ensuring that affiliates meet quality and volume targets. The role involves close collaboration with internal digital marketing and account management teams to launch, monitor, and scale performance campaigns. The Affiliate Sales Manager will also analyze performance data, prepare reports,



and implement strategies that drive sustainable revenue growth and strong partner relationships. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and the ability to build and maintain skilled relationships.
• Candidates should possess Lead Generation skills, including prospecting, pipeline development, and outreach to international affiliates, publishers, and networks.
• Candidates should possess Sales skills, including negotiation, closing, and revenue-driven account growth within CPS / CPA / CPL models.
• Candidates should possess Sales Management skills, including performance tracking, target setting, and ongoing optimization of partner portfolios.
• Candidates should possess Digital Marketing skills, with an understanding of performance marketing, tracking technologies, and common ad platforms.
• Experience in affiliate marketing, performance networks, or online advertising across international markets is highly beneficial.
• Strong analytical abilities, proficiency with Excel or similar tools, and comfort working with data and KPIs are preferred.
• A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is advantageous.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
