Role Description The Sales Attendant role at KiaraHub.com is a full-time, remote position focused on supporting customers through the entire booking and service experience. Day-to-day responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries via phone, chat, or email, guiding customers through ride, rental, and trip options, and assisting with bookings and modifications. The Sales Attendant tracks leads, follows up with potential customers, and supports promotional campaigns to increase usage of KiaraHub services. This role also involves coordinating with operations and support teams to resolve customer issues, ensuring accurate information about routes, pricing, and availability, and maintaining detailed records in the company’s systems. • Strong customer service and communication skills, including explicit spoken and written English and the ability to handle inquiries in a courteous, solution-focused manner.
• Sales and relationship-building abilities, such as lead follow-up, basic negotiation, and comfort presenting service options to diverse customers.
• Basic digital literacy, including working with web-based tools, CRM or booking platforms, and common office applications.
• Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple customer requests, maintain accurate records, and meet daily targets.
• Knowledge or interest in the Varanasi region, local routes, and key cultural sites is an advantage for guiding customers effectively.
• Prior experience in sales, customer support, hospitality, or transportation services is preferred but not mandatory.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment, with reliable internet access and a focus on punctuality and professionalism.
